MDL’s 3D mobile mapping system is rugged, flexible and affordable. Dynascan can be mounted on any sea or land moving platform. The system comes with a 150 or 500 metre range option with a choice of a single or dual head unit. A range of high accuracy options have also been added to the Dynascan portfolio. PEGASUS is the new MLS (Mobile Laser System) proposal for 3D dynamic survey, easily transportable and installable on all vehicles.
It consists essentially in; GPS/INS Novatel SPAN system, Leica HDS6200 , HDS7000 or PROFILER 360° laser scanner, six calibrated high resolution digital cameras and compact Lithium Battery pack (small footprint and great autonomy).
It offers high level software for external mission (on board acquisition), post processing, system calibration, management and extraction data directly from combination of images and LIDAR data (ArcGDS for MLS) inside ESRI ArcGIS.
StreetMapper is a dynamic 3D mapping system developed by laser scanning specialists, 3D Laser Mapping and German guidance and navigation specialists, IGI mbH. Rapid, survey-grade measurements can be captured from a moving platform in a safe and secure environment.
StreetMapper Portable is also available as a flexible system that is small enough to be checked in as standard luggage at the airport. Designed to be installed in a matter of minutes on virtually any vehicle, it is ideal for rapid deployment to inhospitable or inaccessible environments.

RIEGL Laser Measurement Systems GmbH
Mountable on various moving platforms like cars, trains and boats the RIEGL VMX-450 Mobile Laser Scanning System features efficient and precise kinematic data acquisition. Two RIEGL VQ-450 "Full Circle" Laser Scanners are combined with an INS/GNSS unit on a compact and fully-calibrated measuring head, providing a scanning rate of up to 400 lines/sec and a laser pulse repetition rate of up to 1.1 MHz. 3D data of streets, facades, road, railway or harbour inventory or civilian infrastructure is acquired at survey grade accuracies and at an extraordinary degree of detail in remarkably short time. Just like its sister type VMX-250, it convinces by eye-safe laser class 1, calibrated reflectance readings and multi-target capability allowing for penetration of vegetation. In combination with the optional modular camera system, scan data is complemented by precisely time stamped and calibrated image data, collected simultaneously and seamlessly integrated in the project structure. The corresponding RIEGL software packages offer comfortable features in data acquisition, advanced tools for data processing and direct interfacing to third-party software.
